MICS 7.0 Problems

Has anyone had any problems with 7.0 MICS Software. We have a customer that has a PRI and on some of the DID's they ring at the reception desk, not all the time just some times. It is speratic. Any insite would be helpful. A little back ground, we upgraded their system from 4.0 to 7.0.

Is the night service mode on when you're having that problem?

Also check and see if she is the Prime set for that line when it is busy.

When the calls ring on the receptionist phone. Have her check what her screen reads. It will display a "target line" check this target line in proramming and change the prime set to NONE for this line. This will stop the ringing.
