Can anyone recommend an add-on piece of equipment that can provide the mics system with a multi-party bridge capability? Thank you

FreePBX server with Sangoma or Digium PRI card connected to MICS via 2nd PRI card with DID or Route pointed to the Conference Extension created on the FreePBX system.
