MICS 7.0 not connecting to Call Pilot AA 1

MICs back up. All inbound calls (PRI-A) have 2221 as Prime and are being aswrd fine. The Call Pilot AA and CCR trees have not changed. DNs 2251 & 2252 are terminated to Call Pilot.

What we need is all calls coming in to 2221 to re-direct to Call Pilot AA after 4 rings.

currently all PRI inbound calls are picked up by 2221. I set the 2221 to Call FWD to 2251, which gets it the General_Delivery V-M box. How can I get the Call Pilot AA to answer the calls after 4 rings?

any suggestions greatly appreciated!

In the CP, go to AA and Lines.

Set the number of ring to a value less than your CFNA, CFNA at reception should be 6 and the line seting in the CP at 4. don't forget to turn answer lines on and set the line value 157 which is likely your pilot DID.

thanks for the note, one thing that is puzzling is that the PBX crashed, but the Call Pilot settings were left intact (to my knowledge). When i checked CP lines - they were all set to no/ans, however the CCR / AA used to answer after a few rings prior to the crash.

I was assuming that the PBX programming had to be restored to original condition as it was before crash, and this would allow CCR / AA to pick up. currently the target lines (157,158 etc) have no assigned DID. Do i need to assign the DIDs to target lines 157, 158 etc and then default them to 2221. Currently all calls coming in thru PRI are ringing into Intercom at 2221.

Thank you much, just got it. once rec'd digits were assigned to the Target Lines, i went to CP and CCR pick up the Target line.

this did it!!
