MICS 7.0 Change Extension Numbers

Hello, I have a customer/installer that is trying to change the 221 ext number to 500. NEW install. The MICS is equipped with T1/PRI/CLOCK/2-PORT FIBER/7.0 Software..

He tired to do it, but for some reason it says allow 548 DN's or something like that...


So how would he program this unit to accept 500 Extension numbers.
