I have an intermitten problem with a MICS 6.1 and a Call pilot 150 setup.
Scenario:
Call comes in on Line one The attendant is not on the phone the AA is set to pickup after 5 rings on all lines.
She has a night button for after hours.
The line one occasionally goes into AA even if night service
is not on.
I checked:
Her set for call forwarding and they are not on.
Any one come accross this? Any thing I am missing?
