MICS 6.1 w/t1

here is the situation, the customer currently has a mics w/4.1 XC, (2 t1's) a trunk mod. w/ one lsds card,about 5 0x16 sta. mods,and 2 asm's, First,I will be moving it to a new address and will reinstall w/ new 6.1 sw.my question is, if I have a empty MICS at home,can i put the new 6.1 in it and program ahead of the move date and just reinstall with the 6.1 in the customers mics? Will it work?

Why not upgrade the software and save the reprogram ....
Make sure that you have the good software build:NT7B66DR
You will also need the NVRAM series 2 : NTBB08GA
The other 6.1s have bugs and older NVRAM cannot be used.

PS : Does this system have a voice mail NAM ?
If it does you will need a software upgrade to 4.1 ?

with the 4.1 xc sw in the mics,what is the highest upgrade possible without upgrading the NAM?

If you are at 3.0 or 4.0 with the NAM, you can go to 5.0 on the Norstar before needing to upgrade the NAM to 4.1
