Customer had a very old Telrad system and we replaced with a Norstar MICS with a DTI. Now, after I installed all the equip. I couldnt get the T1 working. I have green lights all the way. When you dial a number, nothing ever happens.
Qwest says the T1 is very old and they will make changes on their end to fix. They say its an analog T1, they called is something basic (I cant remember what it was called) and they need to change it to something advanced.
Now, qwest has made their changes and when I attempt to make a call, I get "Line in use". That is a new one for me on a T1.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
