Ok here is the situation. I have a site where I've tried to use the SWCA keys F*521 - F*524. After answering a CO call, I would place that call on *521 (call 1), I would go to another set where the same SWCA keys are assigned and retrieve that call and it works. The problem is the SWCA key is lit for the whole duartion of the call on every phone that it is assigned. I duplicated this on two different MICS KSU's to be sure it wasnt the one KSU. These are analog trunks by the way.
Now I replicate the same scenario on my BCM 3.6, and as soon as I pick up a call that has been assigned to the same key, that SWCA key is now available to be used again.
Has anyone else seen this problem? is there a fix for this?
