I have customer that has members that need DID's and voicemail boxes but do not need an extension on site. Can I program DID's to be directed directly to a Mbox without an extension attached to it. Also how do you set up the outbound transfer in a CP150? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you can.
In CallPilot you will see an option in mailbox admin for express messaging line.
For this option enter the target line number for the DID.
Any calls made to this target line/DID will be sent to this mailbox greeting.

Thanx--I'll try this when I install the system. How about the outbound transfer setup procedure?

Success is not measured by what you know, but what you can do with what you know.

From what point do you want to do an outbound transfer: inside the AA/CCR, or from a mailbox? Both procedures are detailed in the manual. Are you having a particular problem setting it up?

I would like to set it up out of a mailbox. I tried to set it up before and I believe it said no lines. This will be on a PRI

To set up opn or xfer you must change the mailbox rights to allow route in outdial parameters if you are using PRI.
You must also include you outbound destination code in the dialing string of any transfer or notication values.

using backup coppers always do the trick for outbound transferring..
