Customer has pri which is directed to stations in a hunt group, but we can't monitor. Added kitchen phone to hunt group for testing purposes and was able to monitor right away, but still not the others. A tek-tips user, Curlycord, advised to make sure no lines are assigned to the set that's in a hunt group and assign a hunt group key - we think we've done that. Customer is 1+ hours away and we want to know if there are any additional possibilities to consider before going there. Thanks!

Best always to continue original thread so we can all see what was done or suggested.....but...

What is the error on the display when trying to monitor????

Each set to be monitored:
No lines assigned (or appearances of target lines) that are also in a hunt group.
Set must be inn a Hunt Group.
Has a Hunt Group key assigend to appear and ring.
The call must be a Hunt Group call if wanting to monitor.
Sets assigned as Supervisor = a supervisor cannot monitor a supervisor.
Calls to a hunt group must be an external call.
Hunt group calls that were put into a conference cannot be monitored.
Supervisor must have a 2 line display set.
Supervisor set must be programmed as a Supervisor in programming.

Again the error on display will tell all.

Error is extention #: idle i.e. 221:idle
