MICS 6.1 all analog lines dead

I have an MICS with 6.1 that I installed about 10 years ago on a large ranch. The customer has 4 analog lines on a CLID card. The system will sometimes go days without use and when they go to make a call they get no dialtone on any of the lines. They will reset the system and the dialtone returns. I have swapped out the line card 6 months ago and the problem stopped. But now the have the same issue. Has anyone seen this before?

I would start with measuring the voltage of the lines at idle, and ringing while your at it too.
Are you using Global CLID cards?
