MICS 6.0 CTA Application

A real estate company we maintain called yesterday and they want to be able to dial from a computer software on a PC to many numbers. So they want the computer to dial the number from a list in the software and then when the person answers they pick up the phone. The only way I can see this is the old CTA interfaces. My concern is that I think the CTA was only good up to Windows 2000 ??? Any one have any ideas... I was thinking CTA 100 or 160....
