Mics 6.0 COS Password

I have a client that is using account code or COS override in the shop area... In the COS passowrd we have 1234 set up... if they go Feature 68 and enter the code nothing happens... Is this the right code and is it the correct procedure. ??? not sure...

Either press F 68 1234 make call then for that 1 call the restriction is off,or press the line then f 68 1234 make call.
