I have two t1s. One T is all DIDs and the other is all LS trunks. I have the same target line on two different DNs. Is it possible to have one person answer the call, put it on hold (not park) and have the other phone show the call and be able to pick it up?

Not with a T1, because it can come in on any channel.
That is why you use the park feature.

Good Luck!!

I understand that but the calls do come in on the same target line. So why doens'the target line allow this?

It's just a quirk of the system. It's the same target line but to the call it's just a path like an Intercom. It pulls the call to the answering station and leaves the other paths on the other phones open to receive the next call. Kind of like an exclusive hold arrangement. MRoberts

That's what I figured but I thought I would ask.
