MICS 5.0 PRI issues 1

MICS 5.0
PRI
Run time is 10 years flawlessly

Replaced so far:
DTI card
Combo card

Complaints
-Answer call, can see Caller ID but nobody there
-Calling outbound, rings once then drops
-Odd call rings briefly then AA picks it up
-Calls transferred to sets but transferred back (not sure on full details but should have gone to mail as usual)

Alarms
-One event only[highlight #FCE94F][/highlight]

Carrier
-No alarms except when client rebooted system
-48 hour monitor no issues

Kind of sounds like Software going corrupt or NVRAM?

I know what do in order but what have people found that works in the end when something similar to this?

I always thought that 5.0 was buggy software. Since an upgrade to 6.1 MR would renumber your target lines I'd try a release 02 NVRAM first.
