DOES ANYONE HAVE THE PATCH FOR THE NAM 4.0 WITH A MICS 5.0 SOFTWARE. ALSO I WAS TOLD THERE IS ANOTHER WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WHEN CALLS ARE FORWARDED TO VOICE MAIL. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANOTHER WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Norstr voice mail mgr can be used to control teh redirect parameter
 
GO IN THROUGH NORSTAR MANAGER AND CHANGE THE PARAMETER REDIRECT, I'VE SEEN THAT PATCH NOT WORK ALL THE TIME. BESIDES YOU NEED TO REBOOT AFTER YOU INSTALL IT
