MICS 5.0 long distaance problem

We have a Norstar MICS 5.0 system with 5 active extensions. All are supposedly programed the same, however 1 of the 5 consistantly receives a busy signal after dialing any long distance number. Is this a programing change through Sys Admin or does this require an installer to change hardware? Any help appreciated.

no hardware issues ...you probably need the installer level password to make these changes. (try checking the restrictions using the sysadmin password)

I would look at what the other ext's filter is and make that phone the same.
