MICS 5.0 Called ID

I have a MICS 5.0 and am trying to turn on called ID so that when a call comes in the ringing phone can see the calling number before the phone is picked up. I can only see it before it is picked up if I hit Feature 811. Am I missing something?

If based on the main lines coming in then Yes!, 6.1 software or above.
All others software's must do F811.
When you see Auto Caller ID for each line usually you would put receptions DN unless private/DID's.

5.0 can only have one phone per line see Caller ID.

I was afraid of this. I'll just have to tell the customer that with this version I can put the Feature 811 under a button.
