Hi,

I have programed 2 hunt groups with only DN's .... no lines.
I expected when I internaly dialed the Hunt Group DN I would ring all DN's in the group. None rang.

I programed the groups via programming tools browser in the hunt group section only.

If can't do this way any reccomendations?

I am new to this system any direction would be great!

It's pretty easy to set up, add the members to the group and how you want them to ring ie. broadcast, sequential etc. and how you want them to ring on the sets ie. appear n ring or ring only. Make sure you have it set up for broadcast ring.

Thanks for the help. I looked at all members of the groups and they all said apear and ring. So I set to ring and they rang. Set back to apear and ring and all was cool. One needed setting a second time. Whats up? Is ther some way to get browser to display real values? Is this typical? Bad RAD?
