MICS 4.1Outbound x-fer using PRI problem 2

I am working on a MICS w/4.1 using a PRI. I have allow redirect enabled and my route and destination code programmed. Dialing out works fine but when I do a x-fer 9 and start dialing the external phone number the display says denied. Thanks in advance..

Update. Inbound calls work fine being transferred back out to an external number but if you make a call out and then try to transfer that call to another outside number it says denied. Am I missing something or is that just how it works?Thanks

dont think its going to work..thinks its a design intent thingy...inbound can be transfered outbound cant

Correct. This feature is limited to inbound calls.
