MICS 4.1 XC Lines not working.

I have a MICS 4.1 XC with about 14 incoming CO lines. Every once in a while the receptionist is no longer able to answer calls on lines 1, 2, and 3. The phone will ring but when she picks it up, it gives her dead air. I have been back multiple times to try to isolate the problem with no luck. Every time I do something, the problem goes away for 6-8 weeks. So far I have
1.Moved lines around on the system. Moved the problem lines on and off of the Trunk Module. The problem always seems to follow the line.
2.Changed the Port for that particular extention. The problem continued.
3.Supplied a new M7324.
4.What I have told her to do now is when she notices the problem, unplug her phone and plug it back in.

Since the problem seems to follow the line, I originally thought it was a CO problem but I can't explain why resetting the phone eliminated the problem or why the the problem only happens on that phone.

Any assistance at all would be greatly appreciated.

well here is the question you need to ask receptionist...Do any callers complain that they got cut off..

if yes

1.monitor with your butt set
2.call telco and have them test

if no

1.Ignore as phantom call
2.Call telco
