MICS 4.1 glitches???? HELP!

Having a major issue with 'call forwarding'. Does anyone know of any glitches with this software that would not allow this application to work? I have tried everything and it just won't work. Please HELP!

External forwarding & to what?

Describe the process you are trying to use.

If your call forwarding a set you need to have routes made and redirect enabled on the set.
