Can anyone give me a brief rundown on what the major upgrades are between 4.0 and 4.1, 4.2, 5.0(?), 6.0?

You talk about line distinctive with 6.0, can you change the ring between external and internal calls?

Yes, you can change ring patterns between internal and external calls. The internal ring will default to pattern 1. You can then change inbound external calls to one of the remaining three ring patterns..
