MICS 3.0 NAM VM 3.0--Cannot program CCR path to external transfer 1

I have a functioning CCR tree to which I would like to add a path for external transfer. The system allows me to specify a phone number and a line pool; however, once I have done so, it will not return me to the prompt that allows me to end the programming and save the tree.

The prompt never moves from the following:

Ext transfool
Line Pool Phone

Try the * key.

 

[bkrike]

try entering a 1 for the pool number

JMC33, the * did the trick! Thought I had tried and was being knocked out of the system but evidently was not.
