The upgrade kit comes with a doc sheet that is self explanatory if you are familiar with the procedure.
Before the upgrade, go through the programming of the 2.0 and make note of any unusual programming that may be specific to the site. After the upgrade, check through the programming for any missing data ie: Capabilities, Speed dials, trunk programming, pool groups, access codes etc...
Data has a way of going away during any kind of software upgrade
You would be better off just upgrading to 4.1 and re-programming. This way if you decide to upgrade to 6.1 or a future release, you won't have some upgrade issues that can arise with multiple upgraded systems. Just my opinion on this.
