MICS 2.0 and a Fastrad

Trying to install a Fastrad on a MICS 2.0 and when i do Feature 9** the screen only reads enter password without the line below that allows you to change it.

Not sure if it a release problem or a bad Fastrad

Normal operation for a used RAD. If you don't know the password, look for the FAQ on Fast Rad debugger.
Some people suggest shorting out the cap in the RAD. Not a good thing to do. Your RAD will get to the point where it will not keep programming.
Use the debugger.
