Question: Can anyone tell me if in their experience is that the MICS 1.0 R1/T1 software will work with the StarTalk 4 release 2.0?
Background: We have a government agency (tight budget) in a remote town who has had their StarTalk 1.36 fail and they are seeking a replacement to be up and running by Friday. I cannot use a CallPilot/Messaging 100 or 150 since the MICS is back on Release 1.0(!) and that requires at least a Release 4.0 on the MICS.
I have located a StartTalk Flash 2.0 however before I send it to their remote location, I would like to feel confident that the two software levels will work with each other. I have found several compatiblity charts on the web but unfortunately not all of the charts address the R1/T1 version and not all show the same answer that do have the R1/T1.
Hoping a seasoned Norstar tech can lend me a hand on this.
