Is anyone using any integration with avaya and teams?

Avaya Aura 6.2
Session Manager 7

Yeah. All you really need is a MS certified SBC like an Audiocodes and build a trunk over to it

Kyle, do you have any documentation or a link for that? Just curious...

Not really. Not yet. They're not the best of friends.

MS has a list of SBC's they're compatible with. I have to figure Avaya and Cisco are working on interop with their SBCs, but otherwise, MS-->Audiocodes is one doc and a generic SIP trunk from Avaya-->Audiocodes would be another.

I thought MS no longer supported the use of SBC's to connect?

They do. They don't support letting you have voicemail on MS UM in Office 365 by SIP trunking your PBX to a SBC anymore.

But whether you got Teams or SFB prem/cloud, you can still trunk to it through a Audiocodes.

If you bring your own SIP trunks doing it that way, they call it Direct Routing on Teams.
