Run the MS Antispyware for its scheduled scans and active anti-malware protection.
Regularly run AdaWare and Spybot.
It is just like the situation with Antivirus products, no one single product is often enough - particularly if there is a problem.
To be fair though, most detetected objects "missed" by any of these programs are likely harmless cookies. The really bad guys most of them will catch.
