Microsoft Project 2003 problem

I work in IT support.

I have a user who can’t save a file in MS project. Tries to do save as, then tries to save the file onto a network drive but can’t click on any folders on the network drives. It’s like he can’t get into the folders on the network when saving a file in MS project. He can save locally (c:\) No error etc. (Not responding in task manager).

All other apps are fine. Word, visio, excel etc. This is not a profile issue as I have had other people login into the laptop and it still has the same problem. I have tried removing the app and reinstall. Any ideas?

I have just noticed that it isn’t just saving its also opening files on the network within the application
