Are you looking for a tutorial on how to use the IDE, MS Fortran special features or just Fortran 90?
If you look in the samples section, you might find some programming examples. These are on general programming, creating a quick windows program, creating a full blown windows SDK program, DLLs, mixed language programming etc. No step by step guides as such. I don't have access to a PS4 machine at present: try looking at the help. There may be a Getting Started guide.
If you are looking for a Fortran 90 tutorial, just google for one.

I can program in Fortran 90, but have forgotten how to compile, etc with MS Fortran.
