Is it possible that 3 different users on 1 server use an account - Billing@email.com in Microsoft Outlook at the same time to send invoices?

We want 3 users login on 1 server at the same time and use Microsoft Outlook to send invoices using 1 account which is billing@email.com.

If you are not using exchange what do you mean by server?

Are these three users on the same computer?
Are these three users going to access the email at the same time?
Are they just sending invoices or are all three also receiving responses about the invoices?

If it's a POP3 account, you can add the account to all three users using Outlook. But, beware because that means you have 3 different people sending and receiving email all at different times, unless you setup your send/receive groups a special way. For example, you can have just one person receive and others send, or the other way around. If you need more explanation post your question or request.

this is the only time we use outlook because we're using lotus notes corporate wide.

our ERP system(Microsoft) only integrates with Outlook to send the invoices. the users connect to this server via RDP but they told me this was an OEM license.
