Microsoft Outlook is supposed to be personal or I can have two people or more assigned to use it? What I mean is that I would like to have access to my own calendar and other features and also have a chance to open the same features but for another person. Then this person will have his own calendar, etc....

The following assumes that you are on a MS network using MS Exchange.

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Delegates tab.
Click Add.
In the Type name or select from list box, enter the name of the delegate you want to set permissions for.
To add multiple delegates simultaneously, hold down CTRL and click names in the Name list below. The permissions you select will apply to all of the delegates.

Click Add, and then click OK.
Click Permissions, and then click a type of permission for each Microsoft Outlook folder you want the delegate to have access to.
Select any other options you want.

Hope this helps

If the person needs their own Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc., then you will need to create a separate Outlook profile.

Go into the Control Panel and click on the Mail icon and then show profiles. Then go through the steps of setting up a new profile.

If you wanted access to another persons Inbox, Calendar, then do as rvnguy has suggesteed above.

Hi. First I had no idea what Exchange meant. I love computers but when I get to the point of defining what is this and is that is terrible. I gave a try and since I didn't have the Delegates tab I went to my second option. I did opened everything and when I got to the last window I had no clue which option choose. I ended not choosing anything. Anyway, how can I open the new account if it doesn't appear two people on the list?? Am I supposed to shut down the computer before??

Are you on a business network or a home network?

I am at home and not network. Hope this doesn't give up my hopes to have more than one user on the Outlook........

You can have multiple profiles in Outlook whether you are on a network or single PC at home.

Go into the Control Panel and click on the MAIL icon. Then click on Show Profiles. Now click on Add to create a new profile. Give the profile a name and click OK. Then click new email account and choose which type of account you are setting up (most likely POP3). Now enter all the information for your email account.

Sorry, got what you wanted wrong I think.
Recap:
You have a single PC and want other individuals to have their own OL account.

As you are on XP, first create a logon/account for each individual if they do not already have one. Then setup OL when logged on as each user as described by 'scottew'.

Doing it this way creates a separate profile for each user in XP and then you create an OL account for each as well.

What am I supposed to put on the Server information? I thought that as soon I had finished the process I would be able to open the Outlook only through the password. Why my name doesn't appear on the Outlook?

If you are not on a network, what server are you referencing?

You have to obtain all of that information from your ISP (Internet Service Provider). They need to give you the incoming and outgoing mail server in order for you to enter it into Outlook.

OK. I'll try placing all the information. Thank you.
