Hi all!

Office Version - XP
OS Version - XP SP2

Question:
I recently changed my outlook settings to deliver my mail to a personal folder. Most of my meetings still reside on my mailbox's Calendar folder. After I changed outlook to deliver to my personal folder, a new Calendar was created and all my newer meetings have been created there. Is there anyway to synchronize the mailbox's Calendar folder w/my Personal Folder's Calendar? Or perhaps some way to copy over my meetings from the mailbox to the personal?

Thanks in advance,

Odin.

Found a way:

Using the export and import under the File/Import & Export option you can export the calendar on the mailbox to a PST then import it back into the new personal folder where mail is being delivered. Just follow the prompts during the Export, then Import, they are pretty straightforward. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, I am looking for a way to handle this through exchange with synchronizing 1 calendar to specific people's default calendars.

I have just started this though, so I will definitely do more research.

Thank you for replying with your solution.
