Microsoft Outlook trouble..

I'm getting an error whenever I open Outlook for some reason. I am running Windows 2000. I get the following error:

"The instruction at "0x1000ebbc" referenced memory at "0x8004010f". The memory could not be "read"."

I tried reinstalling Office 2000 but it didn't work. Any suggestions? Please help me out as soon as possible.

A friendly tip for future reference:

When you have a link like:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q102878

You can change it to:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q102878

... replacing the URL-encoding %3B for any semicolons.

This makes the link work.

When you "reinstalled" Office 2000, did you uninstall then reinstall? If not, try it.
