We have a LAN network with ISA server 2000 all operating systems with Microsoft outlook are working. Except ms outlook is not working in windows vista. If I use a wireless router then ms outlook is working in windows vista.why it is not working with isa Client??

Has it ever worked from Vista this way for you?
Would it work if you tried just using "Safe Mode with Networking" as a test?
Is there any firewalling problems, including hidden firewalling components in some antivirus or security problems?
If those general links didn't help then perhaps you should contact Microsoft and start an incident report and see if you can get any satisfaction that way?
