"Microsoft OLEDB provider for odbc drivers, specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 5"

Im getting this error when im trying to connect to my application SQL server across a network from my webserver.

Can anyone gimme a lead on how to resolve this problem?

System error 5 is 'access is denied'
Whatever id is trying to load the driver doesn't have permission to do so. Check the securities on your system (maybe try auditing and see what that turns up). Since this is a web-server, I would be hesitant to start granting the id administrator access.
