Microsoft Office crushing

For the last few days my MS Office applications close right after I open them .
I found these in Event viewer:
Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.8134.0, stamp 461557b7, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x00000000.

Same error is for Outlook .

Any ideas ? Thank you very much in advance

Tough, without knowing what version you use. Acouple thoughts: try the repair function on install; possibly with newer releases some verification test fails and the copy is tagged as an unlicensed copy?

did u have a patch applied recently Sp1 or Sp2?
