Anyone using Microsoft Lync 2013 with MCD/3300 instead of Unified Communicator. I know UCA has a Lync Plug-in but I am talking no UCA at all. I have a customer that is interested.

I have one and they are about to go to the UCA plug in because the users are not happy with Lync alone ( and Microsoft pricing ). That is of course only one example. Also because of an SX2000 in the cluster the 3300's were running MCD 4 SP4, don't think that was their problem but just threw it into the mix. If they are thinking of it would suggest they look at the new UCC pricing on the Mitel vs what they need to pay for Lync.

You can't duct tape stupid.
