Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14'

Hi there,
My machine is currently being reimaged and I got the above error when I tried to access a web page with IE 5.5 and I was able to access the page with no problem.
Any idea?

More information: The asp is doing a Request.Cookies and nothing is returned. I checked the security option in the browser and they are all enabled.
