I don't know too much about IE7, but with IE6 there were a lot of OEM customizations that could be made to it. That looks like one of them. (though I'm pretty sure they have the same or similar OEM customizations in IE7 too)
Try searching in Regedit for "Company" and see what you find.

You can either edit the registry:

or find one of the free utilities that will edit it easily, such as IE Personalizer or SpyWare Blaster.
