My boss is out of town and getting this error from outlook.

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server - Sending' reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'

I am pretty sure that the problem is with the isp that he is connected too. I just want to make sure.

any thoughts would be great.
