Microsoft Exchange 2007 UM with MCD

I've got Exchange 2007 Unified Messenging working with MCD 10, but I'm having a few minor issues with it. Dialling the system I get a LOT of jitter and stuttering.
Also a lot of handsets internally don't work with it (All 5340) When asked for pin or mailbox number it's not recognising the key presses. Some phones do work.

Has anyone set this up and is able to provide some advice on using this system?

There is a knowledge base article on programming a 3300 for interface to an Exchange voicemail. In it there is some mention of needed compression on in order to deal with how the Microsoft system handles codecs. You could start there.

I have experienced this in the past.

Is the Exchange Server running in a VMWARE Environment.

If so, it has two many processors/resources allocated to it. Just assign one processor and minimum RAM to the VMWare instance.

Lou can't find that article you mentioned. I've got on top of this now, wolfman, this is in ESX/VSphere enviroment, however an exchange server reboot fixed the issue.

I'm just having problems with fax to email, if I forward the fax ddi to the pilot number for the UM server SIP trunk, I can hear exchange answer the fax call but it only goes to voicemail. I have turned on detectfaxtone on the UM server but it always goes to vm, not to email as a tiff attachment.
