I keep getting this profesional pop-up window popping out in the middle of my screen. It looks like this:

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

Then it gives you 2 boxes, one with send and one with don't send. If you choose; send ( which I've done several times) it just kicks you off the Internet, don't send just does nothing.
