Hi
Has anyone linked an IP Office to Microsofts hosted Dynamics CRM 2011?
The only documents I can really see on Microsoft CRM refers to MS-CRM V3 integration...

Is it pretty simple to set up screen popping and the ability to dial from the hosted version?
& Any thoughts on what might occur with future upgrades of the online version, could they cause issues down the road?

thanks

you would be better off with a third party CTI app like Mondago's GoConnect. they specialise in CRM based screen popping and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is in their list of supported apps.

if you are UK based, we can resell it to you.

Hi Hairy,

We're Australian based, and have a client running MSCRM using CyTrack as the 3rd party interface. They're less than happy and are looking to change to an app which supports MSCRM 2011 (at least).

How's the stability and reliability of GoConnect? Do you have any Australian based partners you can recommend?

Hi there,

Just buy it direct for now. they are setting up partner channels but havent got it all in place yet.

here is their new site.

download a demo and request a 30day CRM licence.
