microsoft access print options

Hello.
i am not very familiar with visual basic.
i need to set a print reports tab in a form, that will enable me to print reports of individual employees from my database. is this possible? can anyone help please?

OK, I take it you know how to add a tabbed window to your form and how to set up the report and you just need to know how to programme a control to display/print the report?

i need to know how to assign the print button on the form to choose from many reports of all information on each employee.
i want to set the print report button to give me an option to choose which individual employee i want to print - all his/her information from the database of employees.
would i have to make a report first of each employee by name and then assign a print option to choose the employee by name.
does this make sense?
