Microsoft Access 2000, wiz created Rolodex, I am so confused!

Someone created a Rolodex with Access for the office years ago, a genius obviously. It's default address print is a #10 envelop.....I have 2,000 5 x 7 envelopes to print by the 20th and have no clue what-so-ever how to change this. Doubtful anyone here can help without seeing this Rolodex but I am open to suggestions of any kind.

I can get to where I need to enter the codes for the fields I need it to print but it will not let me enter anything. Tried creating new design with the info from Rolodex, attempt was futile......got a printout of all the addresses, can't get to where I need to be to tell it to print addresses to a 5 x 7 envelope. Completely lost.

1)Start the database whilst holding shift down.
2)select "reports" from the 7 options (tables, queries, forms, reports, macros, modules)".
3)Look for the report you require to change the envelope size.
4)Click once on the report and then select the "design" option.
5)Goto file > page setup and change the setup for the paper etc (ie set the correct envelope).
6)Goto file > save
7)Close the database and then attempt your envelope prints.
