Microsoft 2005 SQL Report Writing Services problem

Greetings,
Thank you for taking the time to read this.


Problem:
I am running SQL 2005 on a Windows server 2003 Box. When I open a browser on the server and enter the address:


I get the following message on a white screen:


Service Unavailable



Is there anyone that can help me out with how to make this work. I am not sure why the reporting services are not coming up. Any good resources out there that are free with good info about SQL Reporting services?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
 
You may need to add the port to your address. Also, make sure the SSRS service is actually running on the server.
