Micros WS Startup Screen

Is there a way of either changing or removing the blue "MICROS" start-up screen ?

Client want to use the hardware for other software

what are you talking about? a WS4, WS4LX, WS5, WS5A, hand held device? If you are talking about something using windows ce then you need to build another OS

It is a WS4 running Windows CE4.2

How would I rebuild a OS? could you guide me with this ?

Its an embedded RTOS. Goto microsoft.

Yeah... that's going to be a tough one because it is imbedded on the CMOS chip.
