Micros Symphony: "Invalid Account" Error Message when trying to ring in cash??

Micros Symphony 3700 RES. Nothing appears to be incorrectly coded but when I try to ring in Cash or Exact Cash I get the error message "Invalid Account". I am able to close all other payment/tenders including Offline cash. any ideas how to fix it would be helpful!
 
I think this is coming from your PMS system (Are you using Opera or Fidelio?).

When you close to cash it sends the data to the PMS for reporting purposes and it doesnt know what to do with the Cash tender number.

Usually this is configured in PMS split table. (It basically maps the POS Tender number to a PMS account number)

Check in the Paymaster for that tender media in your PMS.
It's January this kind of issue are common
